factors such as length of stay, time of year,
midweek or weekend and suite selection. Payment
may be made by Visa, MasterCard, American
Express, travelers checks, or cash. All rates
are subject to state and local taxes and are
subject to change without notice.

ROOM RATES INCLUDE
One-bedroom Eco-Suite with fully equipped
kitchen, living/dining area, large bedroom and
bathroom, private verandah with hot tub,
telephone, TV/DVD, and CD player. No meals are
served at the Lodge.

Second level suites: Barrister and Lyric
Garden level suites: Bronte
Check-in Time: anytime after 3:00p.m.
Check-out Time: 10:00a.m.
Room rates are
based on double occupancy.
All Eco-Suites are non-smoking.
The Timber Rose is an adults-only resort, it is not suitable
for pets and children.
Minimum stays of two nights on weekends and three nights on
some holidays and during peak fall color season may be
required. Parties requesting shorter stays will be
accommodated when possible.
No meals are served at the Lodge. Each Eco-Suite contains a
fully equipped kitchen that allows our guests to dine in
their suite at their leisure. Fine dining establishments are
a short drive from the Lodge.
Celebrating a special occasion? We can assist you with
flowers, balloon bouquets, gift baskets, photographs and
other special arrangements.
Group rates available for up to 10 adults. Accommodations
for larger groups possible – call for details.
Cancellation Policies:
A 50% deposit is required at time of reservation to confirm.
Cancellations 30 days or more prior to arrival date will
result in a full deposit refund minus a $50 cancellation
fee.
72 hours notice prior to arrival is required to change your
departure date. Within 72 hours, you are responsible for the
full balance of your confirmed stay.
Deposits may be made with credit card or traveler’s checks.
However, we require checks to arrive within 10 days of
booking to continue holding the suite. The reservation is
not confirmed until the deposit is received.
